I sold my Challenger to a very good friend in the military. I live is Southern California, he lives in Idaho. I was quoted by several companies that ranged from $650 to $1,100 dollars. Domestic Auto Transport was one of the lowest quotes, but that not the real reason I chose them. I never shipped a car before, but the company representative (Holly Burton) took the time to walk me through the process—I was impressed. She told me it would take some time and may cost a bit more than the first estimate because Idaho is low volume route. We post the job at $650 for two week with no takers. Every Friday she would call me with a status report. The third week we agreed to sweeten the pot before a driver would take the car north to no man’s land in Mountain Home Idaho. With a $750 price tag, we had a driver within three days. I had to leave the area for business, but the wife was able to coordinate with the driver using contact information supplied by Domestic to load the precious cargo. To our surprise the driver showed up with a covered trailer, a bonus we did not pay for! The pickup went off without a hitch. Two days later the car was delivered without incident or a scratch. My buddy was very happy. To top it all off, Domestic gave us a $50 dollar discount. The total experience was a delight because we choose the best company for the job!
