Great service from Domestic Auto Transport

I've never purchased a new car before, much less had to have a car shipped a thousand miles. Well, in the past two weeks I did both and I'm happy to say that Domestic Auto Transport made the shipping aspect of the transaction a breeze!

I closed the deal on the car the Friday before July 4th weekend and that's when I told Jeremiah at Domestic Auto Transport that the car was ready to be picked up. Because of the holiday weekend, I think it took a couple days more than usual, but by Thursday of the following week the car had been picked up in CT with an ETA to Chicago of Sunday. From everything I'd read, I figured the car wouldn't really arrive until Monday or Tuesday, so I was pretty surprised when it arrived in Chicago a day early, on Saturday, only two days after the pickup! I used an open carrier, and the car arrived dirty (no avoiding that) but otherwise unscathed (which is what you want!)

Jeremiah and Casey from Domestic Auto Transport were both very professional and kept me up to date on the process throughout. On the Saturday my car arrived I called Jeremiah (before I knew the car was arriving that day) to check the status. He got in contact with the driver and called me back within 2 minutes to tell me the car was coming early, on that evening!

All in all, the process was pretty painless. I would not hesitate to recommend Domestic Auto Transport for your car shipping needs!
