When we purchased a new car we decided to give my wife's existing car to her mother in Alabama. She is an 83 year old woman so we were very concerned about the whole experience. Working with Holly Burton was great, she was very helpful and and able to answer all of our questions. When the car was picked up we did not receive what we thought was adequate paperwork so we called Holly and she said "absolutely do not accept that" and was on the phone to the dispatcher to get it straightened out with a few minutes. All in all it was a very painless experience and we would absolutely use Domestic Auto Transport again.
