I was satisfied with the customer service provided given that we were in a less traveled area for the trucks. Domestic Auto worked with us to get the car moved even though it ended up costing more than was originally quoted. This is more a sign of the way the trucks move than the ability of Domestic Auto to provide customer service.

The truck driver did a great job working with us as we moved across the country at the same time as he was picking up the car. Delivery was a snap and we were happy to have the car back. The driver was responsive to our requests and was able to adapt to our situation. He really made a difference in how the car transport experience went for us.
