I am happy to see you were pleased with my services Bev and do apologize for the confusion around the delivery. The carrier gives us estimated dates for pick up and delivery and we relay them to you. On occasion things just don't go as smoothly as we would like but we do what we can to correct any issues that may arise. Malia/360-834-6013
