When I first contacted Domestic Auto Transport I was connected with Malia who was very helpful with helping me to get all of the information that I needed together to have a car we purchased ready for pick-up. After we completed all of the information needed she told me it could take 3-5 days for the car to be picked up by a transporter, much to my surprise while we were still on the phone finalizing everything a company picked up the order and was available to recieve the car that same day. Due to waiting for the cashiers check to be recieved by the seller we did have to arrange for the company to hold off until the following day to pick up the car. Once the car was picked up we were contacted by the transport company immediately and were told that it would be about a week for them to get the car from California to Florida, once again to our amazement the car was delivered 4 days later. The car was transported in an enclosed trailer and when we recieved the vehicle it was in the same condition as when it left California.
Overall I am very impressed with the service that I recieved from Malia and from Domestic Auto Transport, if I am ever in need of having another car transported I will be contacting them again,
