I was positively impressed from the moment I was contacted by Nova Nicoson. She explained the entire process in great detail. She followed up with me both by phone and by e-mail. She was flexible about the pick up date because I needed the pick up to be on a weekend. She gave me all the needed contact information (dispatcher and driver). I received e-mail alerts as the day for pick up approached. The entire process we actually enjoyable instead of troublesome. I would call Domestic Auto Transport again (without hesitation) if I ever need a vehicle transported again.
