Jack..I am sorry to hear we did not live up to our FIVE STAR rating in your opinion. After reviewing your order here is the breakdown for your transport:
Total: $750
Deposit: $50

COD Collected By Carrier $700, Holly took our deposit down to $50, our standard deposit is $206, this $156 was put towards the truck to make more of an attractive offer for a carrier to transport your vehicle, thus not having to ask you for any additional money.
Our carriers work extremely hard to meet their deadlines, however they are not able to forecast circumstances beyond their control which might cause delays. We would never send a truck out and then have him tell you he could not take your vehicle because his truck was full.....what would be the point.... In regards to a $175 check from the carrier...............this makes no sense, why would a carrier transport your vehicle and offer you a refund after you have paid them COD???
