I contacted this company because my husband was deploying and we needed our truck shipped back east. Malia found a company fast. My truck was picked up on time. The problem came the day I picked my truck up. Part of my stereo was missing (sub box) which was worth over 500 plus labor. Malia did the best she could but in the end said her hands are tied because the company is only a middle man. She was great but because of the situation I would not us this company again. Also I learned a lot about shipping a car/truck, always remember to check the BBB, and always mark everything on the pick up/drop off sheets even if there isn't a place to put the information make sure its there for your own protection. If you decided to us this company make sure you research the transportation company they hire to take your car before they pick it up.

Amanda........I greatly apologize for the stolen sub box. As you know, I have done everything I possibly can to help resolve this issue, unfortunately things happen beyond our control, we will not be using this carrier in the future.
