Malia was great to work with. She answered all my questions and worked with me when the first truck assigned broke down, and was out of commission for several days before we knew about it. She then found another truck very quickly. I did end up paying more than originally planned, but that was because of the time loss with the first truck, I had to expedite the second truck. It was my choice to pay extra for expedited service. I was not encouraged by the company to pay more. The car was shipped on Monday, and arrived i n California on Thursday. It was in excellent condition. I would use Domestic Auto Transports again.
