Huy- i apologize that this happened, unfortunately it wasn't disclosed to me that you had a DEBIT card. We always AUTHORIZE credit cards and it puts those funds aside until the time the vehicle is put on the truck. Again, I apologize that you received overdraft fees and that you were inconvenienced in that way. Domestic is a wonderful company and I really love my job! I strive to give the absolute best customer service and know that in the future this type of miscommunication can be avoided. Take care...-HOLLY
