There was a lot of miscommunication between myself and the driver. I was not provided the driver phone no. to personally contact the driver. Once the driver did contact me it was hard to understand the driver English clearly. The Driver was very nice once we were able to hear each other clearly. The Driver was not aware that I was several hours away of actual pickup location. I tried several time to communicate to Drive that I need at least 3 hours of driving time to meet him at pickup location. The pickup location was in a large Mall parking lot. The driver missed contacting me on his arrived but said he needed to sleep.
