Bart.....BAD EXPERIENCE??? WHY DID YOU CONTINUE TO SHIP WITH US??
1. This was the first time I have worked with you as a customer.
2. In the past you had always worked with Casi. (no longer with our company)
3. This was a $50 rebate not a $50 discount.
4. You wanted to put the entire amount on your company credit card and a 3% processing fee is always added to credit card payments.
5. Casi had been waiving the 3% fee for you without the owners approval
6. The 3% fee was promptly refunded by the owner of Domestic
7. As far as the pick up and delivery dates, these are ESTIMATES given to US by the carrier who is assigned to your vehicle.
8. The VIN number is typically never needed for shipment.
9. The carrier contacted me before pickup, said they needed the VIN , I was on the phone with the dealership immediately, got the VIN and gave it to the carrier within a matter of five minutes.
10. The carrer was able to pick up the vehicle immediately.
11. Yes it is HIGHLY unlikely a next day delivery from Ohio to Colorado would happen. I am glad you were smart enough to figure out that this was an error, caused by a glitch in our system.
12. We wish you luck in finding another broker who will cater to your every needs and guarantee every date they give you for pick-ups and deliveries.
