I called this company based on the reviews from this website and found them to very kind and helpful. When I asked for the car to be picked up on a certain day I was told that it could be picked up then, however, I did not receive a phone call from the company or the driver on either day I was told that my car would be picked up. It was extremely important that my car be shipped to me as soon as possible and I was frustrated at first, however, Elizabeth worked very hard to find me a truck as soon as possible. Although the price was a little heafty, I did need the car shipped right away and didn't give them much notice, plus it was the cheapest company that I could find. The actual trucking company that picked up my car was great (I believe there company name is Zabera), they were two hours early on arrival, right on time with drop off, very nice, good communication, and the car arrived without any damage to it. I would use this company again and recommend it to others as well.
