I thought it was important to tell you a story about the best customer service I've had in a long time....

It's important to know that I did not end up using DOMESTIC AUTO TRANSPORT. A competitor just happened to be in my city (Minneapolis) last night and picked up my motor cycle for a guarantee delivery date by Saturday...we will see if they make it.

Anyway Elizabeth from DOMESTIC AUTO TRANSPORT was the only person that responded of the 15 companies from my online quote application, that was friendly, honest and really tried to understand and help me. My "order" was near impossible (Weds pick up in MN and drop off Sat am in Las vegas for $800).

Anyway, every single company with the exceptions of DOMESTIC AUTO TRANSPORT and Webster, tried to fool me into thinking they had my order already fulfilled and wanted a credit card for the $100 fee. Real shady way of doing business, I thought...

So thank you Elizabeth for your honesty and straight shooting on the phone... and the next time I have to ship something you will be the only one I call.
