Good service and good communication all around including from the driver. My only gripe was with the price matching. My understanding from the explanation given was that they would actively try to find a carrier at the match price. However all that was done was list the match price together with all other customers' prices (and mine ended up at the bottom of the list) and wait for a carrier to accept. Since I was in a hurry to ship the car I had to go with their original quote which was $100 more than the match price. I'd use them again if they gave me the lowest or almost lowest price.

Robert, thank you much for the kind review! We actively sought out a carrier but it wasn't moving so we added, as agreed upon, up to our original quote...and it got moved right away :) So happy it got moved so quickly for you and hope to work with you again in the future :)
