Casi was helpful and prompt with e-mail replies. There was some price discrepancy with what I was originally quoted, what was the contract price and what the driver thought he was going to be paid. Upon contacting Casi, she promised to reimburse driver what he was owed. The only thing stolen off my El Camino was a license place-no costs to replace since it needed new state's plates.

Julia~ First I would like to let you know that since the main issue was with the driver, so the fact that you gave us a three star i think it alittle unfair. On the other hand i would like to let you know that the process to pay the driver back has already been started i have sent it down to the accounting department and they are currently handling it. Thanks again for the use of Domestic Auto Transport, I just wished that things would have gone a little smoother. FI you need assistance again inthe fututre let me know. ~Casi~
