My experience with Casi and Domestic Transport was very good overall. My car was transported safely and arrived in the exact same condition as it was when picked up.

My only real complaints:

When I first scheduled the pick up date I had stressed to Casi how the car had to be picked up on the date I had requested and was given the impression that was not an issue. The car had to be picked on this date (and time) as my family and I were flying out the next night to MN.
Well the driver never showed or called on the scheduled date and needless to say I became really nervous about the whole situation.
If the driver couldn't pick up the car before we left for the airport, I would have no way of having a new pick up date rescheduled. Well after various calls to the carrier as well as to Casi, the driver made it and the rest is history.

I don't believe I was told that the schedule date was only a window to the actual pick, that the pick could happen 2-3 days after that date. But what really matters is that Casi made all the appropriate calls to the driver and my car made it safely to MN.
