Used Domestic Auto Transport to transport 2 cars from Texas to Oregon. The customer service was excellent. I was able to contact Malia a month after the transport was complete to reprint a reciept for expense purposes and she was friendly, courteous and prompt even after the bill was paid.
Although I had a great customer service experience, there were some minor scratches to the finish of the car. My cars were 8 and 5 years old and had parking lot dings already, but the drivers could have been more careful. I would recommend and enclosed carrier if you would be bothered by a few additional scratches to the topcoat of your car.
