I called and needed service within a week. Malia called me back the very same day. The dirver, who is a co-owner of Jordan Transevice was later the day of pickup than we had agreed to, but he called me to say why and when he could make it. On the delivery end, he called to ask whether he could deliver the car a day later than we had agreed to and I told him that worked better for me as well. I made clear that I did not want the car delivered at night since I had a bad experience with another carrier with scractches on the roof of my car that had not been there before that I was not able to see until daylight. He said he understood and I worried a bit when did not arrive until dusk. But, it was early enough so I could see that the car was in good shape.
