I would have to say that even though the pickup date was later than I was told, I'm very satisfied with both the customer service representative (Malia McClain), who walked me through every step of the process and even responded when a co-worker called to get some information when she was off work. Malia called me back even though she was not working. Now THAT is above any and all expectations in this day and age!!! The truck company that actually picked up my vehicles (1953 Ford F-100 Anniversary Edition pickup & my 1954 Mercury M-100 pickup) was very knowledgeable and courteous. The reasons that they were late was because they were following D.O.T. regulations (driver sleep + log book) so I completely understand and applaud them for following the laws concerning that, instead of faulting them. I would totally recommend, or use them again, if the need ever arose!!!
