Transportation mix up but Tara was great

Overall the experience was a great one with a minor hiccup. Tara was patient and very accommodating to our needs and changes. Tara was able to quickly locate a carrier for us at a reasonable price after a price match from a competitor. Once the car was taken for shipment, the carrier accidentally mixed up the delivery date and had the car sitting in a storage lot for a week when it should have been on a truck the following day. The carrier wanted to charge an additional price or hold the vehicle for another week to fit their shipment schedule. I called Tara and within minutes the matter was resolved to our satisfaction. The car was loaded the next day and delivered within a week as promised for no additional fee. Everytime we called, Tara was available or returned our call within 90 minutes. Tara was nothing but courteous and friendly as well as professional in all aspects of her service.
