Customer service was friendly and when not immediately available, they returned phone calls promptly. They were very responsive to questions that I had. The driver was extremely cooperative and communication was excellent about where he was and when he would arrive. Driver had engine trouble about mid-way through trip and notified me and coordinated time of arrival and was very accurate and cooperative on coordinating schedules for delivery. He even assisted with putting a cover on vehicle after unloading it off truck.
