My complaint is not with Casi. I think she did a good job with contact and follow up. The car transport person/company that Domestic Auto Transport hired was not very knowledgeable or professional in their handling of the vehicle. They towed, as in, two wheels on the ground with a UHaul type dolly, for approximately 100 miles. As a professional should know these cars cannot be towed in this method. I took the car to the locate Mercedes dealer for a complete transmission flush service and they informed me of the burnt condition of the fluid. This cost me over $400, but could have severely damaged or destroyed the transmission in the SL 600 AMG. The transport company did not tell us they would be attempting to tow the car in this manner; the seller notified us and was concerned. One other inconvenience was that the hauler lost the only set of keys, which can happen to anyone, but I would expect more from a professional.

Rick I am so sorry about what the truck did to your vehilce i hope that you filed a accident with the insurence that i have provided to you for their companies. However i am please that you were happy with our service. if you need any help with the agent for insurance just give me a call! Sorry again about the trailer
