This was my first use of an auto transport company, and I am very happy that I chose Domestic Auto Transport. I received many quotes from many brokers by using internet based quote services, but settled on Domestic largely because of their personal response and service. There were rated in the top ten on this site, but were more responsive than the higer ranked brokers. Tara readily matched the bid quote of another carrier with a lower rating, which turned out to be a lowball quote to get my business. After five days of not being able to find a carrier, Tara and I agreed to raise my bid to a more realistic amount and a carrier responded the very next day. The carrier missed the estimated pickup and delivery dates by a day, but I agreed up front that would not be a problem. The carrier company used, Premiere Co., was very professional as well. Both Domestic and Premiere provide solid customer service, keep you apprised of status, and work with you every step of the way to ensure you car arrives as soon as practical and in the condition in which it was shipped. They helped turn what could have been a stressful time period into a non-event, it was as smooth as having any other package delivered by FedEx or UPS. This was a 1,300 mile move without incident. Bravo.
