CASI, our contact person was very knowledgeable and performed like the professional that anyone requesting transportation services would want to experience. She is a great communicator and stayed in touch with all parties involved in the transaction.
We were very much impressed with CASI's capabilities and how she managed the order, in fact she made things happen much quicker than we anticipated.
This is our first time for doing business of relocating a vehicle and were naturally nervous about the concept. After reading some of the other company reviews and learning of some consumer reports of less than positive experiences, we were very cautious about whom we contracted with.
Needless to say, we chose the right firm to deal with and will definitely recommend there services to others.
