First time dealing with a door to door transport company and thanks to Amy's guidance and the one on one attention she provided me this was an awesome experience. I now it is not typical but i had my Road King faster than I thought would have been possible. Called Amy on Wednessday afternoon and within 2 hours I got a call back saying we have an enclosed trip heading your way and you will have your bike on Monday. AWESOME job, and in an era where customer service is not where it used to be, AMY cares about her customers and gets the job done expeditiously. THANKS AGAIN, AMY!
