After purchasing a truck, I requested a shipping quote from several companies, Nicole Hancock of Domestic Auto Transport was the first to contact me via a phone call and introduce herself and her company. She efficiently answered my questions and gave me a quote number.

A few other companies contacted me in the next few days via email, but Domestic Auto Transport was the only company to take the time to use a phone on the initial contact. I thought that was a nice personal touch.

Nicole was very professional and understanding of my special requests regarding the pick up time of my truck because I live on Vancouver Island in Canada. I had to catch a ferry and drive over the USA/Canada border and the export office is only open certains hours so timing was important.
She assured me everything would work out fine and would relay ALL my special requests to the driver and I could communicate directly with him as he was approaching the drop off point.

Three days prior to the arrival date, Domestic Auto Transport informed me of a delay. The driver had encountered some poor weather conditons. Nicole had given me the name and phone number of the driver, so I called him to set up another day to meet. He was due to arrive late on a Friday, which was bad for me because the US export is only open 8am to 3pm Mon to Fri.
The driver, Johnnie of Rotchars Transport said no problem I will bring your truck to you on Monday, but I mentioned the export office was also closed on Monday for Maritn Luther King Day.
He just laughed and said no problem, Tuesday is fine.

Everything worked out great and the truck was delivered to me safely in Washington State and I drove it home a very happy custotmer.

My experience with Nicole Hancock of Domestic Auto Transport and Johnnie Lyons of Rotchars Auto Transport was nothing but a pleasure and would use them again without hesitation. The icing on the cake is the shipping cost was lower than their competitors.
