When the car was picked up, it was completely looked over and dings were noted. The transporters loaded the car and it was on its way. They called when they were approximately an hour away from the delivery location. Since the car was being delivered to a rural location, the transport truck could not be driven directly to the address. They parked the truck, off-loaded the car, and drove it to the house. (They had prior permission to do this.) The vehicle was checked again and compared to the first check. There were no new dings on the car.It took three days from pick up to delivery.
Having never hired someone to transport a vehicle before, there were a lot of nervousness...it was a pleasant experience and went off with no problems. Wished it wouldn't have cost as much, because we are on a limited budget...
