The representative ignored at least a half dozen phone calls concerning the shipment of my vehicle. Emails were ignored as well. A price break we were told would probably happen after the 15th of the month never happened. We were given the name and contact information of the driver, who also did not return our phone calls. No surprise there, since it wasn't even the correct driver. Another representative finally got thru to him, only to find he was in Calif., and did not have our vehicle. The driver who finally delivered our vehicle left it in the middle of a downtown street 4 blocks from our address - communication with him was almost impossible because he barely spoke English. The vehicle did arrive unharmed, which was a great relief.
