3rd Time trying to post review since they keep deleting it denying my service

Wow, This company has to be by far thee WORST Auto transport company there is still in business! For one I did not recieve my confirmation until after the car was picked up. I found out that they found a truck driver when the guy was 40 min away from picking up my car. Once I got my confirmation (LATE) my delivery date was the 28th. The trucker called me that night to inform me that He would be dropping the car off on the 26th mind you he picked it up the 25th and the confirmation said it would be delivered on the 28th. They were not accurated with ANY of their times. When I called the company to figure out why it was coming so early and to figure out what was up with all the last minute changes, I was cussed out and called the B word F word and just about everything in the book. I called back to speak to a supervisor, got no response. I have emailed Naomi two times now and she has not expressed my concerns one bit or even emailed me back yet. Pretty much to say I will not be using this company ever again due to the fact that I was not informed of any acivity with my car until after the fact, they did not communicate with me well about that date the car would be picked up, delivered, the fact that they even had a driver to get the car, or the amount I was to pay the driver once the car was dropped off, on top of being called several names in the process of just trying to confirm what was going on since they were going about things differently than stated in the confirmation that was sent to me after the fact that my car was already picked up. I would not reccomend this company to anyone!! Domestic Auto Transport in Camas WA is the worst!

Naomi Denham 360 853-2809 naomi@domesticautotransport.com Chynna, The email confirmation goes out automatically as soon as your order is placed. I also sent you a personal email apologizing to you that you did not receive the order confirmation as well as re-sent the original order placed confirmation. This was on the 25th at 9:38 am. the delivery date and pick up dates are estimates. We can not control if a carrier was able to make better time driving than antisapated. When the carrier confirms the transport with us they give us the worst case scenerio for delivery. I would like to apologize that the carrier treated you with such disrespect. If you would have called us to inform us of the carriers actions we would have taken immediate action. In the conversations that you had with my rep Kim you did not even mention the carrier was cussing you out until i received an email from you yesterday morning I was completley unaware of this. I disagree that we did not inform you of the dispatch or the pickup or the delivery. We also informed you of the amount that would need to be paid to the driver. It was again emailed to you at 9:38 am on the 25th. I apologize again that i did not reply to your email that you sent. I would like to state that i received it at 8:07pm at night. It is 1:33pm here in Camas Washington. This is something i would not ignore but it can take a little while for me to call the carrier and get there side of the story and address my concerns with the carrier as well. Thank you for the feedback on the carrier as we have placed this particular carrier on a Do not Use.
