Novia was really put to the test with our situation which was totally out of our control. With my husband breaking his leg at work in Ohio and needing to go to home (Oregon) and also having eye surgery and appointments with the schedule changing etc...Novia was definitely able to help us. She took the reins and made it happen for us! We would without question use this company and her expertise again in the future which there will be as my husband has to travel the great 50 for his work. For a first time user of this company, we were very impressed. The car was picked up on time and dropped off on time, communication was spot on and with all the events that encompassed our move at that time they are the ones that made it happen. Other than the car being dirty (we expected) Novia and the driver made us very happy customers. Thank you both and take a bow cuz you Rock! (Honest truth here, even if there is an incentive).
