After reading so many reviews with other carriers, I was very skeptical about shipping my vehicle from Rochester, NY to California. After researching several carriers, I contacted Domestic Auto Transport Inc. and spoke with Kimberly at the above number. She was courteous, thorough, and answered all my questions. She put me at ease. After I decided to schedule a pickup, I was advised of the name and phone number of the driver and was able to speak with his scheduling person. We met at a Target parking lot and my vehicle was loaded onto the carrier. Kimberly, followed up with me that day to make sure the vehicle was picked up and that everything went smooth, and it did. The vehicle reached its destination on time, and that went very smoothly. I was so relieved that I did not have all the issues that I read about with other carriers. I would recommend Domestic Auto Transport Inc. to assist in the relocation of any vehicle. I would definitely use them again. Thank you Kimberly for your honest and professional expertise.
