Kimberly was really great! She always called me right back with answers to my zillion questions. Her assistant, on the other hand, was horrible!! She never ever called me back when I tried to contact her. Once when she did actually pick up her phone she just said "Ill call you back" No "Hello" or "Thanks for calling can I help you?" and she never did call me back!! It took my husband calling her days later on a different phone number she didn't have for her to answer the phone. He told her who he was and asked for her manager and low and behold after she transferred him to Kimberly she actually called me on my cell acting like nothing was happening. Truly in an attempt to cover her ass because my husband was talking to her boss! I was very very close to canceling the auto transport and driving my car myself had it not been for Kimberly. My review is strictly based on my contact with Kimberly.
