Seldom do I encounter a thorough and concise customer service representative in a complicated business transaction like this. While the cost to ship was slightly higher ($100.00 more than quotes from other ernest companies), the high level of quality customer service I received was well worth the extra. Jessica was communicative and very timely in setting the transport up. She gave me full circle communication and then some. By the time the driver from L&S picked the vehicle up, I felt completely at ease. I would say the same thing regardless of any incentive drawing and I sent this to Jessica!
