As I have already indicated, my experience was excellent. There were two reasons.
Kaleigh Montgomery handled my request with great effectiveness and was able to find a trucker willing to come to a very small town in Vermont. This was no simple task. Another auto transport firm had given up on finding a trucker. She therefore met my primary need, which was to get an inoperative vehicle from an obscure New England town to a fairly obscure one in Florida. It should be noted that the price was somewhat higher than she originally quoted but well within reason. Therefore I was pleased with the charge made for the service.
A second major reason for high satisfaction is that the whole undertaking was accomplished with a minimum of bureaucracy and paperwork. I was not even present when the car was picked up on a COD basis. The payment was made at the delivery point by the garage receiving the car. I subsequently provided a reimbursement. The point is that there was no emphasis on deposits and exactly how payment was to be made for the service. This showed great belief in the good faith of the customer, and it was much appreciated.
I find that many people do not know such car shipping services are available. I will certainly recommend Domestic Auto Transport to all my friends.
