Upon initial contact with Naomi, we had excellent service for quotes, Car pick up was scheduled on time. However when trucking company was getting ready to deliver car to Port, the dispatcher kept contacting us instead of Direct Auto. I ended up having to cordinate between the trucking company and direct auto. When I got a chance to speak with Naomi in regards to my frustration with this process, she apologized and immediately took over. Cars were delivered on time and in the same condition they were sent with. I would use this service again.
