My experience was overall pretty good, however a major problem occurred. My original driver canceled on me and I was not informed of this. It was claimed that I was but I was not, whether that was an accidental mistake by the company, or a lack of paying attention, I am not sure. I think that it was an error so we will go with that. After the mistake was exposed this company worked closely with me to find a new driver. It only took them about 12 hours to find me two new carriers, and I was able to get my car shipped shortly after the problem was exposed.
Although there was a mistake with the original transport the company their quick recovery made me feel confident in the agency, and would make me suggest them to others seeking to transport their cars.
