Beth, Thank you for the honest feedback. We like to hear all feedback rather it be negative or positive so we can keep striving to provide 5 star rated customer service. I would like to apologize for the late night pickup. We always ask that you call us if the carrier is trying to pickup so late. We generally say after 9pm is the cut off. Please keep in mind the quotes are simply that. They are suggested prices that we feel will get your vehicle to move. Carrier can counteroffer at anytime. Thanks again for the review.
