I am so happy that your vehicle was picked up as quickly as you needed it. I do apologize that the carrier did not contact you on Sunday. As you did state we are closed on Sunday so I'm sorry that we were not available as well. Some carriers offices are closed on the weekends as well, but I would expect the driver to call you, but with that being said this carrier did burn himself from his radiator which is why there was the delay. As for the time discrepancy, yes we do open at 6 am Pacific time, 9 Eastern time. I do not actually start working until 7:30 Pacific time as well as Jocelyn, and based on your timeline response we got to your email as soon as we got in, within 30 minutes. I did leave you a message but you were flying I was told by the carrier, and they had told me that you were scheduled for delivery at 12:30 today Wisconsin time. I also emailed you at that time as well. Again I am sorry for the time difference but unfortunately that is out of our control. I do want to thank you again for trusting Domestic Auto Transport, and I hope you had a good flight.
