Pick up date was repeatedly delayed due to truck breakdowns. They eventually picked up the car after we'd moved, so we had to give the keys to a friend to give to the transporter. But they delivered it on time anyway, so it worked out in the end. The agent was great, keeping tabs on the status of the shipment all the way.
