While picking up the car and dropping it off was a bit painful due to the locations (medians), the time matched my needs. It was over the last months of the year, so the cars from top and the weather didn't help, and the car was dirty. But the driver acknowledged the issue. (Well, it was an open one, and while I placed the car in the spot I wanted and received it in the exact same point, some stuff you cannot prevent).
