Delays

After an initial delay in the pick up due to a snowstorm, it became worse after the appointed driver forgot to pick up the car at all. An alternate carrier was scheduled, but all these incidents accumulated a delay of 6 days. There were no damages to the car during transport, and though there was a delay of 1 day from the expected delivery date, it is minor.
