I am sorry you fell this way. The carrier had a delay and unfortunatly there is nothing we can do about that. There are things in theis industry that we have no control over. I am sorry that we were not in the office on the holiday to answer the phone for you and exsplain that there can be delays out of our control. I wish you the best, Naomi
