TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, BE CAREFUL WITH DOMESTIC AUTO TRANSPORT

WHAT A NIGHTMARE THEY CAUSED ME, I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND USING DOMESTIC AUTO TRANSPORT, CASCADE, MAJIC CARPET, SAME OWNERSHIP...THEY HAD BEEN SUSPENDED FROM BIDING ON USHIP,BUT AS THEIR REPLY STATES ARROGANTLY, IT WAS FOR 5 MINS... LOOKS LIKE THEY BS'D THEIR WAY BACK IN THOUGH,!!! AS SOON AS THEY SAW MY REVIEW THEY PULLED THEIR USUAL "THIS IS NOT OUR CUSTOMER" AS THEY DO WITH EVERYONE ELSE THAT COMPLAINS, CHECK THE REVIEWS AND YOU WILL SEE THE PATTERN AT HOW THEY ABUSE THE SYSTEM TO HAVE A COMPLAINT TAKEN DOWN....check the adresses t, the owner has another few co in the same building operating under different names. I had Posted my shipment Via uShip, I received a bid by Domestic Auto Transport, Before accepting their bid I made it clear that this was a time sensitive shipment and I was paying daily fees where it was located, I would accept the bid if they could do it promptly, In their email Their exact word were, "we understand that you are looking to not incur fees. in order for us to assign a carrier, you will need to accept. the quicker we get things moving the better. " I then accepted, terms on the site said, I had to pay a deposit to uShip, then pay the balance to the carrier upon delivery, well as soon as I accepted I spoke with a representative of Domestic Auto Transport, They tell me that I now have to pay them a deposit as well, I asked, When are you picking up the truck?? Exact answer (this is on a Monday morning ) " Maybe at some point today, prob tomorrow if not it will be wednesday, and you will most likely see it on the weekend or early next week" ok, I give my credit card info and leave it with them trusting they are 'Assigning' a carrier,I also canceled a trip I had planned so I would be able to receive the vehicle and pay the carrier as requested... Tuesday afternoon I give them a call during buisness hours, no answer, just a voicemail, so I leave a message asking them to give me a call and let me know where things were at, I tried back by end of the day and get same result, next morning I dont get a call so I try again, nothing, so uShip had to send them an email to call me, they did not, finally I get a hold of someone, and they say, no, we havent picked it up, we cant find a carrier, have no clue of when it will get picked up, I ask for a manager to call back, I was told "sure" pretty much blowing me off.... by later that day nobody called, I called back and I was told, nobody is available to deal with me but who I am talking to, that he had 80 people ahead of me in line and that I would just have to deal with it, Couldnt find a carrier?? I thought they assigned carriers, well the next day was a holiday and I was told " I will call you by end of day before we are off for the holiday if not I will call you friday :am and we will have it picked up, friday afternoon after not hearing back and realizing that the daily storage fees are accumulating and the lot was now closed for the weekend I called and spoke with Naomi, The conversation was evasive and vague at best, I was told that nobody made me any promises, I asked if they record their conversations for quality assurance, she said they do not, I was hoping they could go back and hear the conversations..... They now had no idea of when it wiould be picked up and that in their fine print terms they have up to 10 days to pick up vehicle, I asked how many days we were at, and rudely I am told, not many, holidays and weekends dont count, (so 10 days according to their calendar would have costed me 17 days storage in addition to The $ paid for the vehicle and shipping that I am not reimbursed for until I deliver it, ), instead of trying to calm me down they just angered and frustrated me, Not even an opology that they couldn't accomodate the original promise, just a bunch of excuses and that I was being unreasonable and not understanding, I was not giving them enough time to do this shipment.. I was made to feel unimportant and that they were doing me a favor to ship my vehicle in anything less than 10 Buisiness days (not including holidays and weekends), there was no solution in sight and it was clear that there was no sense of urgency on their part,... I originally accepted their bid after they made me feel confident that they were going to get this done quickly, they have poor communications and will avoid you and put you at the bottom of the list if the slightest of headaches arise,they will try to get more money out of you after booking, If you complain they will give you and anyone else excuses and make you look as if you are being unreasonable and difficult, It was made to seem as a very difficult shipment and it was clear that they were trying to get more money from me to get this to move quickly, I made the mistake of telling them it was time sensitive and they took advantage, I canceled a trip to be available when they said It would be arriving at the destination, when I should have been receiving my vehicle I had to start over and look for a new carrier and pay more storage fees, Then I'm told that they still had my shipment on Central Dispatch under their name after my cancellation and this was causing me problems securing a new carrier, I sent an email requesting they remove it and let me know, That was treated in the same manner and ignored, I had to take a whole day out of my shcedule to get on phone and find new shipper, I finally found one and the vehicle was picked up in under 24 hours as promised and the shipper has been in constant contact with me and made me feel that they are working for me, I would be careful and just avoid domestic auto transport, don't beleive any promises as they will resort to the fine print of their terms and deny any promises, they will not even so much as oppologize, you will just have to "deal with it", They have been suspended from uShip, I spoke with a uShip rep yesterday and they refunded my credit card in full, oppologized and told me Domestic Auto Transport was being suspended from bidding on any shipments on their site, they also operate under a few different names under same ownership such as Cascade, majic Carpet, and others. They dont care how long your vehicle sits or if you have a deadline to meet or if you are losing money, You are a valued customer until you book with them and give them a deposit, after that you are at their mercy, be Careful, Use a company that can give you guarantee , THEY SEEMED TO KNOW MY FILE VERY WELL AND REMEMBERED IT CLEARLY ENOUGH TO REPLY ABOUT IT, YET THIS MORNING MY REVIEW WAS TAKEN DOWN BECAUSE "I WAS NOT A CUSTOMER AND THEY COULD NOT LOCATE MY FILES" SO AFTER i PROVED IT MY REVIEW IS BACK UP, THEY SAY THAT I HAD UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS, I ONLY WANTED WHAT I WAS TOLD AND A BIT OF RESPECT, SUPPOSEDLY I SAID I DONT CARE ABOUT AN AMERICAN HOLIDAY?? UNBELEIVABLE, GROW UP, HOW DARE YOU TRY THAT ROUTE, AND THEY SAY IT WOULDNT HAVE TAKEN ME A WHOLE DAY TO FIND A CARRIER.....WELL THEY HAD A FEW DAYS AND COULDNT DO IT, IF IT WAS SO EASY WHY DIDNT IT GET DONE? I DONT CARE IF A MILLION PEOPLE RATE YOU AT 5 STARS, IT DOES NOT MAKE IT OK TO TREAT A CUSTOMER LIKE GARBAGE, CALL THEM LIARS, AND THEN WRITE SOME BS ARROGANT RELPY, TRY OPOLOGIZING AND TRY AND ACCOMODATE AN ANGRY CLIENT AND MAYBE YOU COULD GET A DIFFERENT REVIEW, YES, I DID HANG UP, AFTER EXHAUSTING MY PATIENCE AND DOING NOTHING I HAD ENOUGH!!

ANYONE WHO WANTS TO SEE PROOF OF MY CANCELLATION REQUEST AND OTHER DOCUMENTS FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME, I'LL GLADLY SHARE THEM WITH YOU SO YOU CAN SEE WHO THE REAL LIARS ARE!!! UNRELIABLE, ARROGANT, RUDE, REFUSE TO TAKE ANY RESPONSABILITY, POOR COMMUNICATION, AND IM NOT THE ONLY ONE, OTHERS HAVE BEEN PAID TO REMOVE THEIR REVIEWS AND SOME DONT KNOW THEIR REVIEW WAS REMOVED BY THE " WE CANT LOCATE THIS CUSTOMERS FILE SCAM"
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO TO ANOTHER CO. WITH 5 STAR RATING AND DEAL WITH THEM, THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO LEARN THAT EACH CUSTOMER IS VALUABLE AND IMPORTANT, CONTACT ME FOR ANY INFO, FEEL FREE, INCLUDING WHO ACTUALLY GOT IT DONE AND HAD MY VEHICLE ON A TRUCK LESS THAN 24 HRS AFTER INITIAL CALL, I'D GLADLY RECCOMEND THEM
