Domestic Auto Transport did a great job with our auto transportation needs. Naomi, our customer service representative did a great job working with our schedule in securing a driver. At all times we were treated in a friendly and courteous manner. Their pricing was reasonable compared to other companies we had contacted. We will choose to use Domestic Auto Transport again for our auto transportation needs. Excellent communication throughout the move process. Naomi was easy to deal with and very professional. She made all of the arrangements and kept us informed. Our vehicle was picked up and delivered exactly as Naomi indicated.. The experience was excellent. Naomi worked patiently with us during a medical emergency in getting our car picked up. We appreciate her patience during this process. We had been trying for 6 months with other carriers to get the car transported to a couple in the military. Other companies kept trying to raise the price, took a deposit and would not return it or just not communicate with us once they had received a deposit. Domestic Auto Transport does not require a deposit upfront and does not request payment until the auto has been delivered. Great job Naomi!
