I have done my research on car transporting companies and finally narrowed it down to Domestic Auto Transport. My research included online reviews at several sites (this site, Better Business Bureau, Google Search), email exchanges, and finally, a direct call to the company. I was aware of all the fraud and different kinds of services throughout the car transporting industry and wanted to make sure I got the best and the most reliable at a good price. NAOMI was STELLAR in her customer service, but what sealed the deal was her knowledge of the car transporting industry and the process. She walked me through all details and always promptly answered my questions. I needed my car to travel about 1500 miles (half the country) in less than a week, and she made it happen at a very reasonable price compared to others. I was a bit concerned that the pricing of my bid would not get picked up by a carrier on time, but she smartly knew what to do and my car was picked up the day she estimated they would, and even better, my car was delivered much earlier than expected! The car was in good condition and I would highly recommend any future customers to contact NAOMI from Domestic Auto Transport for a 5 star service.
