I have used Domestic twice and have loved working with my primary contacts. This time however, the secondary contact, the carrier calling to schedule pick up, was a bit frustrating. The carrier had problems and was 2 hours late. When they were delivering the vehicles, she called 20 min prior, and was upset that I might be 10 min late meeting the carrier. I was at the bank getting the cashiers check they requested.
Other than this, Don was great, and the process was very smooth.
