While we are sorry there were issues with getting your vehicle transported due to it's difficult location in Connecticut I would like to clear up a few things you said in this review that are mistruths.
First I contacted you throughout your transport even after I moved to a different location with in our corporation. I have documentation of all the calls you put through to me and me returning them of which many times you did not pick up. Second when a carrier calls and asks for more money to take a load we call the customer to give them every option available. You have every right to say NO if you do not want to accept a counter offer a carrier makes to take your vehicle. We have no control over a carrier breaking down or deciding to not take your vehicle. I truly wish we did as it would make things on my end so much easier.
I apologize you are so unhappy over the service provided to you and I am very happy to hear that the carrier who finally picked it up treated you and your vehicle so well.
