I am extremely happy with the services I received from Jessica R. at Domestic Auto Transport. She was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to my concerns. I was flexible with the pick up date in CA, but wanted a delivery date in WI that was more specific and a delivery location that differed slightly depending on the date the car would actually be delivered. Jessica helped me arrange my request so that potential carriers understood my needs. After a little more than a week, a carrier had still not been found because there just didn’t seem to be trucks going in that direction from where I lived. After consulting with Jessica, we decided to wait another day before potentially increasing the amount the carriers would receive in order to entice some to go out of their way a little for me. Luckily that same day (before ever increasing the price), Jessica called me with the good news that a carrier took the bid. Throughout the whole process, I felt like Jessica was taking care of me and doing the best she could do from her end. Whenever I had questions, she and others at DAT (that I spoke with on a day she was off) were kind, professional, and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who has a car transport need.
